Perry Lavallee, along with an expert team of both field personnel and administrative support staff, launched Dirt Guys™ Consulting Group Ltd in 2001, formerly known as K.P.L Supervision Services Ltd. We wanted to exemplify what we specialize in, with an appropriate name. Hence, we changed the company name to reflect this. Perry saw a need for experienced, diligent and reputable "Construction Supervisors" in the oil and gas sector. While working in this field for over 20 years, he has gained practical operational experience, contractor foreman experience, and for several years now has supervised projects for various energy companies, both in the field and in the corporate head office setting. These projects have encompassed most of the areas of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. The practical experience of working in a corporate head office environment, combined with extensive experience in the field, makes the combined skills Perry posses; unique in understanding industry aspects and to properly anticipate and execute the diverse needs and expectations of our clients. Perry has also spent many years developing excellent communication skills and valuable relationships with stake holders. This combined group of exceptional skills make our team of “Dirt Guys™” in high demand throughout the industry.
